Fiberglass Boat Specifications
Our custom dories are built with the fisherman in mind using lightweight fiberglass composite construction. They are wide with a flat bottom for great stability and plenty of interior space for you and your gear. Included is a removable, pedestal swivel seat for 360 degrees of easy casting.The Flycaster II also includes an oak bench seat in the bow for the second fisherman. The interior is coated with Eco Tuff rubberized marine non-skid. The gunnel rails are built using oak hardwood and stainless steel fasteners. Oar locks are included for those who like to row and an oak motor mount block is fastened to the transom for attaching an electric trolling motor (a wiring set-up for battery can be included).

Since our boats are custom built by hand, your boat will be constructed when you order it. We are a small boat shop not a large boat factory. Depending on the number of requests we may get at any one time, your boat will be built in the order we receive it. From the time of your order to the finished boat typically takes between 2-4 weeks depending on the model, availability of materials and demand.
